AP Exam Day Walk Through Video Link

This Week
Start reviewing your contact information. We're communicating with the AP community primarily by email. To ensure your students are receiving critical information, make sure they log in to My AP to remind themselves of the email address and cell phone number they’ve asked the College Board to use. If they want, students can change how we contact them. Two days before each exam, students will receive an email with a personalized e-ticket that will include their eight-character AP ID code. If a student still doesn’t receive the email, they’ll be able to access their e-ticket directly through My AP.
Attend an AP master class. Tony Hale, from the TV show Arrested Development, and Janet Yellen, economist and former chair of the Federal Reserve, are among those celebrities and experts who are joining AP online classes and review sessions. They’re teaching students how they’ve applied AP concepts in their lives and careers

Share a message of support from admissions officers. Colleges have already committed to awarding credit and placement for this year’s AP Exams. Admissions officers from across the country offer words of encouragement to AP students in this video.
Week of April 27
Join a discipline-specific webinar. Trevor Packer, head of the AP Program, and his team will host additional webinars to walk you through an exam guide and readiness checklist that students should complete prior to test day. On April 28, you'll receive copies of the materials they present, so you can share them with your students to better explain the exam experience. Register now.
Week of May 4
Attend AP online classes and review sessions for prep week. During the final days before exams, classes will focus on simulating the exam experience and reviewing sample exam questions.
Confirm student completion of the exam readiness checklist for your subject. A related exam guided PowerPoint presentation will enable you through this essential preparation for testing.
Practice submissions through the exam demo. Students will have access to a demo of the exam experience. It will allow students to click through to practice the different ways to submit their responses. The demo will be generic across subjects, and not a practice exam.
